Senior Planner based on The Central Line tube - Fabulous project

We are currently resourcing a role for an experienced Senior Planner for a London based construction main contractor. Site based a short walk from a central line tube station, the project involves a new build luxury family home with a build cost of circa £60m.

Now at the fit out stage, the successful Senior Planner's responsibilities will included involvement will the master programme and breaking down packages based on requirements and deliverables. Feeding in progress and comparing to baseline information. Change control and alternation to master programme. The Senior Planner will also be involved in regular communication with the Project Team. The project is using MS project software. The role will also involve the Senior Planner working closely with the Project Director ensuring quick and precise information is always passed along.

The Senior Planner will ideally have experienced of programming internal packages, good understanding of tradition forms of contract, good communication skills because the role will require the Senior Planner to meet with the client and their team to understand expectations and gather information about the project and then work with the internal project teams to ensure delivery, on-time, on-budget and effectively
