We are currently recruiting for a permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and well-established nursery in Braintree. The Role – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children’s development

Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress

Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment

Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

To be considered for this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner position, you must have:

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework

A genuine passion for working with young children

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work
