What You'll Be Doing
As a Part 2 Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team delivering concept and planning stage work for commercial, retail and urban residential projects. You'll support design development and contribute to the success of multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conceptual and planning designs for UK-based commercial and urban residential projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on project delivery.
Contribute to design reviews, feasibility studies, and presentations.
Use hand sketching, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp to communicate design ideas.
Support the leadership team in developing project strategies and coordinating design outputs.Professional Development Opportunities:

Exposure to a variety of project scales and design stages.
Opportunities to lead meetings and contribute to design direction depending on experience.Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and ideally Revit.
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.
Ability to use a variety of media in design development and documentation.Personal Attributes:
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
Highly organised, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to work.
