Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage contract processes,
ensuring compliance and efficiency in our operations. This role is essential in coordinating
agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors while mitigating risks and maintaining
accuracy in documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Prepare, review, and administer contracts, ensuring all legaland business terms are met.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure contracts adhere to company policies andregulatory requirements.
Financial Tracking: Oversee invoicing, payments, and financial records related tocontractual agreements.
Negotiation Support: Assist in contract negotiations, identifying risks andrecommending solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers toensure smooth contract execution.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain records, generate reports, and analyze contractperformance.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of contract law and business administration.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in contract management software (if applicable).
