At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for a Bench Hand joiner to join their team based in a workshop in Keighley on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for a bench hand joiner with minimum of 5 years' experience to join an incredible team!

Job Responsibilities:

Working on bespoke, high-end interiors, furniture, and cabinetry.
Working with a wide range of materials, including MDF, laminates, veneered boards, and softwoods/hardwoods.
Reading and interpreting detailed construction and CAD drawings to produce work to high specifications.
Proficiently using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery (e.g., dimension saws) to create bespoke, high-end items.
Ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in bench hand joinery is typically required.
Good working knowledge of woodworking machinery and tools.
Ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines. Pay rate is negotiable based on experience.
