Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality care and support to individuals, empowering them to live independently and with dignity. You’ll play a vital role in improving their quality of life through day-to-day assistance, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Support individuals with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household duties

· Administer medication safely and accurately

· Promote a safe and nurturing environment

· Maintain and update care plans, reports, and medication records

· Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

· Respect the privacy, dignity, and individuality of each person

· Communicate effectively with managers and wider care teams
