? Supported Housing Officer – Public & Social Housing
? Location: Hybrid – Patch / Home / Office Based
⏰ Hours: Full-time – 35 hours per week
? Requirements: Enhanced DBS, Full UK Driving Licence, Own Vehicle
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tenants and residents with advice on tenancy matters, welfare benefits, and re-housing applications
*
Deliver tailored support to residents with varying needs to help them maintain successful tenancies
*
Collaborate with internal teams to meet void turnaround targets and manage the full lettings process
*
Assess housing applications, liaise with local authorities and stakeholders, and make recommendations within the Lettings Policy
*
Manage tenancy terminations, new agreements, housing benefit/universal credit claims, and CORE form completions
*
Conduct estate inspections and oversee services such as cleaning, grounds maintenance, and repairs
*
Assist with rent arrears management, proactively working to reduce debt and prevent further escalation
Candidate Requirements:
*
Experience in a similar housing or support role
*
Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
*
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
*
Knowledge of housing management systems, welfare benefits, and tenancy law is highly desirable
