Support Staff Needed in Cornwall Schools - Let's Find the Right Fit for You

At Tradewind Recruitment, we're working with a range of brilliant schools across Cornwall who are looking for dependable, energetic and committed individuals to join their teams in support roles. This includes teaching assistants, learning mentors, cover supervisors, admin support, pastoral staff and more.

Whether you're experienced in education or stepping in from another sector like care, youth work, coaching or customer service - if you're calm under pressure, great with people, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

What we're offering:

Flexible roles that fit around you - part-time or full-time

Consistent, local work (term-time only)

Daily pay between £85 - £150 depending on experience and role

Ongoing training and CPD to help you grow

Clear, honest communication throughout the process

Who we're looking for:

Someone reliable, friendly, and ready to get stuck in

Ideally someone with experience in schools or working with young people - but it's not essential

Qualifications like Level 2/3 in a relevant subject are great, but not a deal breaker

Most importantly, people who want to do work that actually matters

We recruit for every kind of school role - not just teaching. If a school needs it, we'll help find it: admin, attendance, behaviour support, classroom cover, pastoral leads, 1:1 support, lunchtime supervisors, and more.
