Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex drylining projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will oversee multiple sites, ensure delivery is on time and within budget, and manage both internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage drylining projects from inception to completion

* Oversee all project phases including design coordination, procurement, programme development, and on-site delivery

* Manage site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality control, and company standards

* Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to maintain strong working relationships

* Monitor and control budgets, project progress, and reporting

* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

* Attend regular progress meetings and produce project reports

Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing drylining or interior fit-out projects

* Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects (£1M+)

* Strong understanding of drylining techniques, systems, and materials

* Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive performance on site

* CSCS Black Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification

* Full UK Driving Licence

Salary & Package

* £70,000 – £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

* Company vehicle or car allowance

* Performance-related bonus
