? What You'll Be Doing as a Lead Generator

Researching and identifying potential clients across target markets
Initiating contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the sales team
Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and outreach strategies
Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs and targets? What We're Looking For as a Lead Generator

Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, persuasive, and resilient attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
