Job Title: Contracts Manager / Supervisor – Industrial Roofing & Cladding
Location: Gloucester-based with Nationwide Travel
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About Us:
We are a specialist contractor in the industrial roofing and cladding sector, delivering high-performance solutions across manufacturing, logistics, and commercial projects throughout the UK. With a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager/Supervisor to oversee multiple projects and ensure smooth, efficient delivery on site.

The Role:
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing and supervising industrial roofing and cladding projects from pre-start through to completion. This is a hands-on, site-focused role that requires a strong understanding of roofing systems, coordination with internal teams and subcontractors, and regular travel to sites nationwide. While the role is Gloucester-based, nationwide travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise roofing and cladding installation works on multiple sites

Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to required specifications

*

Monitor programme, quality control, and H&S compliance

*

Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal departments

*

Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reports

*

Support the project team with material call-offs, logistics, and issue resolution

*

Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation is completed accurately

Requirements:

*

Experience in industrial roofing and cladding project delivery

*

Strong knowledge of roofing systems (built-up, single ply, composite, etc.)

*

SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and full UK driving licence

*

Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Flexible to travel and stay away as required
