My client is a well-established and highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, who have an emphasis on providing first-class customer service and are looking for an Estate Agency Sales Progressor to join their team based in Stroud.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Ø Liaising between buyers and sellers from sale agreed through to completion
Ø Dealing with third parties, such as solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors
Ø Maintaining accurate and detailed notes throughout
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Previous experience of sales progression is essential
Ø First-class customer service, written and verbal communication skills
Ø Solution driven, with excellent time management
My client is offering an annual base salary of £26,000 plus commission with OTE expected to be £32,000
