Architectural Technologist/Technician – Contract until March 2026

Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with an exciting architectural practice located in Wigan. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technologist/Technician on a contract basis until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist/Technician role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications 
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies 
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues 
Support planning applications and building control submissionsKey Requirements for this Architectural Technologist/Technician role:

Strong Proficiency in Revit  
Minimum 2 years’ experience within architectural practice 
Experience in the Healthcare and Public sector 
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes 
Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation
