CSW Senior Practitioner - Duty & Assessment Windsor & Maidenhead

Caritas Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner / Advanced Social Worker to join the Duty and Assessment team in Windsor & Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic local authority, supporting children and families through statutory assessments, safeguarding, and care planning.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a complex caseload of children in need and child protection cases.

Leading assessments, care planning, statutory reviews, and risk management.

Providing guidance and support to colleagues within the team.

Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure positive outcomes for children.

Salary: £42.10 per hour (locum / contract)
