At Prospero Teaching, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nursery Support Worker to join our growing team and provide 1:1 support for a 4 (nearly 5) year-old boy in a nursery setting in Verwood starting this January.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a child's early education journey.

What You'll Do:

Support a young learner in a nurturing and engaging environment.
Plan, prepare, and deliver activities tailored to the child's needs.
Monitor progress and provide feedback to help them thrive.
Be calm, patient, and adaptable in your approach.

About You:

Compassionate, caring, and innovative.
Strong understanding of early years development.
Organised, dependable, and creative.
Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK schools or nurseries.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced child-barred list DBS (or willingness to apply).
Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to undertake)
