HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Near Cambridge | Permanent | Days-Based

Salary: £42,000–£46,000 + pension + bonus
Total package: £57,000+ per annum

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer to support a large biotech and life sciences campus just outside Cambridge.

You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC and mechanical plant in a well-managed, single-site environment.

Responsibilities

*

PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers)

*

Fault diagnosis and repair

*

Use of BMS (Trend preferred) to optimise performance

*

Contractor supervision

*

Compliance with health & safety standards

*

Participation in an on-call rota

Requirements

*

Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

*

City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent)

*

HVAC and mechanical plant experience

*

BMS knowledge

*

Full UK driving licence
