Experienced Marketing Director needed to lead and scale in house marketing function within a digital retail and financial services company.

You will take fill ownership of the £5M+ annual marketing budget and lead a team across CRM, SEO and PPC - ensuring a great ROI and growth within the company from high quality leads

Your responsibilities:

Own and deliver end to end marketing strategy across the business areas
Plan, manage and optimise the marketing budget
Own the full lead funnel - first touch to conversion, completion and funding
Drive continual improvement
Lead all performance marketing activity across PPC, SEO and paid media
Own CRM strategies and ensure all CRM and marketing communications are compliant (FCA and GDPR)
Own brand positioning and proposition messaging across digital channels
Present performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadershipYour background

Senior marketing leadership experience within financial services, or digital retail
Proven experience managing multi-million-pound marketing budgets
Strong background in performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and PPC
Demonstrable success improving lead funnel efficiency and conversion metrics
Commercially astute with strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience leading and developing in-house marketing teams
