* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market insights and talent trends.
* Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through direct search methods, including headhunting, social media, networking, and referral
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
* Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract top talent.
* Utilize social media platforms, industry events, webinars, and content marketing to enhance our reach and appeal to potential candidates.
* Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Provide expert advice on talent acquisition trends, market conditions, and best practices.
Person Specification:
Required:
* Mandarin Speaking
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in recruitment and attraction of senior talent.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
