CNC MACHINISTS NEEDED

CNC Machinist (Fanuc and/or Mazatrol) – £16.06/hr | Bolton BL3
Ready to level up your CNC career? We're on the lookout for two skilled CNC Machinists to join a forward-thinking, safety-first manufacturing team. If you've got experience with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol systems and take pride in quality work, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Setting up and operating CNC machines (drilling, turning, milling)
Loading materials, verifying tool settings, and inspecting first-run parts
Translating engineering drawings into precise production specs
Conducting routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
Keeping detailed records of machine operations and performance
Supporting a strong safety culture and working collaboratively with your team
Adapting to production needs with flexible working and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Apprenticeship or Technical Qualification in CNC or mechanical engineering
Previous experience in a production environment
Solid computer and spatial skills
Strong communication, a keen eye for detail, and a safety-first mindset
Natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Shift Pattern
37 hours per week on a rotating 2-shift system:
☀️ Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 6am–2pm, Fri 6am–12:40pm
Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 2pm–10pm, Fri 12:35pm–7:15pm
