Experienced Night Concierge needed to work as part of a team at a high end residential development in Lambeth North/Waterloo area, London SE1. As a part of a team your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting the residents, answering enquiries ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained, dealing effectively with any complaints, ensuring the security of the building including manning CCTV, checking and screening all visitors and guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building, report any suspicious/unusual behaviour, dealing with deliveries, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail, issuing of keys, and proactively dealing with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the development. The successful candidate must always maintain a clean and smart appearance, have excellent communication skills, and previous direct experience or solid transferable skills
