Supply Heroes are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a primary school on a part-time basis (Thursday & Friday), in the Harborne Birmingham Area. This is a job-share role with no planning required, making it perfect for teachers seeking a supportive and flexible working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.

Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Collaborating with the job-share partner and wider teaching team to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Ensuring pupils achieve their potential in a safe and inclusive setting.

Key Skills & Qualities:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and parents.

Passionate about teaching and supporting pupils’ learning.
