Quest Employment are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our client's site in Lichfield.
The role is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing business and sector. The role involves making sure we reach customer expectations by ensuring operational targets are met.
Hours: Mon – Fri 10pm - 6:30am
Responsibilities:
* Dealing with all the office administration and logistics functions.
* Data entry and updating the systems and keeping all documentation up to date and be organised.
* Dealing with despatch and goods in.
* Working as part of a busy team and working to set deadlines based on KPI deadlines.
* Coordinating transportation details and advising on any delays or problems that may arise.
* Reporting and providing the correct documentation for shipments to customers, completing CMRS.
* Dealing with the complaints and customer queries.
* Tracking employee hours in account to provide feedback.
* Directing team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
* Coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labour requirements for rework projects, and cycle counts.
* Unloading and moving inbound freight product to storage locations safely and efficiently.
* Effectively communicate with the customers, various teams, transport companies, etc.
* Constantly monitor progress throughout the day.
* Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following defined SOW procedures.
* Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
* Carry out any additional duties required.
* Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards.
* Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters.
* Collaborate with production personnel to ensure manufactured products are of consistent quality.
* Engage in the forecast of supply and demand to obtain information useful in improving the continuity of supply chain.
* Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse to ensure proper arrangement of stock.
* Carry out stock management operations in line with set product policies and procedures.
* Utilize specialized programs in maintaining record of store execution performance.
* Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimising losses.
Qualifications and requirements:
* 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2 + years Administration
* Experience with warehouse equipment
* Previous experience with a similar role is beneficial
* MHE licenses
