Job Type: Temporary – potential to become permanent after 3 months

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.35 per hour

Shifts: 4 ON / 4 OFF | 06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 – 06:00

Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy Tray Wash site near Bedford (MK41).

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for warehouse jobs in Bedford with the potential to secure a permanent positionafter successfully completing a three-month probation period.

This is a physically demanding role, ideal for candidates who are fit, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Infeed: removing waste from trays before loading into machines

* Outfeed: stacking washed trays and placing them back on pallets

* Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail

* Working independently or as part of a team

* Maintaining a safe and organised workspace

Requirements

* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

* Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential

* Strong problem-solving skills
