Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5. Hybrid working available – minimum of 3 days in the office

THE ROLE…
  
Working as the Private Client Solicitor your duties will include:

Wills and Estate Planning
Acquiring Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Contentious Trusts and Estates
Court of Protection work
Residential Conveyancing (optional) WHAT YOU WILL NEED..

Previous PQE in Private Client Work
A strong knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
Ability to manage your own caseload
Attention to detail
