Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? Would you like to be part of a dynamic, nurturing team at a brand-new specialist provision in West Drayton?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our newly established setting, designed to provide high-quality, personalised education for pupils aged 3–11 with a range of complex learning needs, including ASD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs.

The desired SEN Teaching Assistant will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN across a range of subjects and activities

Implement structured learning programmes and individual education plans (IEPs)

Use communication aids, sensory tools, and visual strategies to enhance engagement

Support students with personal care, emotional regulation, and social interaction

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams

Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and respectful learning environment
