I'm working with a respected organisation in the awarding and assessment sector, currently seeking an Assessment Centre Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience to play a key role in managing and supporting apprenticeship assessment activities.
The Role
Serve as the main point of contact for apprentices, training providers, and employers
Coordinate and schedule assessment centre activities with assessors
Ensure all assessment prerequisites and requirements are in place
Maintain accurate records and produce relevant reports
Support onboarding of new clients and assessment staff
Collect and share feedback to support service improvements
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in administration or customer service (including 2+ years in a senior capacity)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong IT literacy and ability to use multiple systems confidently
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Desirable:
Understanding of apprenticeships or assessment processes
Experience with vocational qualifications or apprenticeship systems
