Painter & Decorator – Communal Areas

Location: Birmingham
Rate: £170–£180 per day
Duration: 2–3 weeks
⏰ Hours: 7:30am – 04:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to carry out painting works to communal areas within a residential block of flats in Birmingham.

This is a short-term contract role, ideal for a reliable and skilled painter available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

Painting and decorating communal areas to a high standard

Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding, and priming

Working safely and efficiently in occupied buildings

Adhering to all health & safety requirements on site

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

Qualification in Painting & Decorating

Asbestos Awareness Certificate

Manual Handling Certificate

Working at Heights Certificate

Proven experience in a similar role

Own tools and PPE
