Role: Materials Recovery Facilities Manager

Rate of Pay: £50,000pa

Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a Waste & Recycling company who are looking for a Materials Recover Facilities (MRF) Manager to join their busy team in their Ascot, Berkshire office.

Ensuring the safe & efficient running of the waste management & recycling department
Controlling the input & output of production & ensuring a smooth process is ran
Monitoring health & safety & ensuing compliance is adhered
Controlling budgets
Attending meetings
Direct interface with clients to assist with resolutions
Producing /​reporting to Manager as required.
Analysis of waste where required.
Write & implement operational policies
Provide continuous improvement
Management and development of MRF various staff
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and find suitable solutions to meet those needs.What requirements?

Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling.
* Knowledge of relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
* Self-motivated as well as a good motivator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
