A Senior Project Manager opportunity has become available with a well-regarded consultancy in Birmingham, delivering complex commercial and mixed-use schemes.

The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple commissions and manage client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will also support the development of junior staff. You must have previous construction consultancy experience as a Senior Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring robust governance and programme control.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading project teams and client interfaces

Managing programme, risk and change processes

Overseeing procurement and contract administration

Ensuring compliance with client governance frameworks

Mentoring Project Managers and APMs

The Senior Project Manager

Extensive consultancy-based experience

Strong leadership and client management skills

Commercially aware and delivery-focused

MRICS or MAPM qualified
