Automotive Assembler Supervisor 
Location - Leatherhead
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday – Early Finish on Fridays

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Assembler Supervisor to join a well-established automotive manufacturing company based in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong background in automotive production and team leadership.

About the Role:
As the Automotive Assembler Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring assembly targets are met to the highest quality standards. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and ensure that health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of automotive assemblers on the production line
Ensure daily production targets are met efficiently and safely
Monitor quality standards and implement improvements where needed
Provide training, support, and performance feedback to team members
Coordinate workflow and liaise with other departments as necessaryRequirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within an automotive production or assembly environment
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A hands-on, team-focused approach with the ability to motivate othersBenefits:
