My client is volume residential developer who are looking for a Site Manager for a period of two weeks starting on Monday 12th May, to cover a holiday.

Details of the role are as follows:

Site Manager required for scheme of 40 Traditional build flats and houses at various stages of build in Westoning, Beds
Two assistants also on the scheme who will provide support
Requires someone with extensive housebuilding and subcontractor management experience for a major developer
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required
