Air Conditioning Engineer – Kent (Commercial FM Portfolio)
Salary: Up to £46,000 + Travel Pay | Company Van & Fuel Card (Personal Use Included)

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established FM company, working across a portfolio of commercial sites in Kent and the surrounding areas. This is a mobile role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns on a variety of AC systems.

The Role:

*

Carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, servicing and breakdowns across a commercial property portfolio

*

Working on split systems, VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and other air conditioning plant

*

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in line with health & safety regulations

*

Providing excellent customer service while on client sites

*

Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota (if required)

What We’re Looking For:

*

FGAS Category 1 qualified

*

Previous experience as an AC Engineer within a commercial FM environment

*

Strong fault-finding and repair skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Good communication and customer service skills
