The Role

You'll work across a broad range of real estate matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold interests

Acting for landlords and tenants on leasing, renewals, and asset management

Supporting development and regeneration projects across the region

Advising on property finance and corporate support transactions

Managing your own caseload with support from experienced partners and senior associates

Building strong, lasting client relationships and contributing to the team's continued success

About You

2-5 years' PQE in commercial property / real estate

Confident managing a range of transactions from start to finish

Strong technical, drafting, and client-handling skills

Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, modern working environment
