The team is seeking a qualified Town Planner to join its growing office in Rugby. Applicants should ideally have a minimum of three years’ professional experience in the public or private sector and hold a relevant degree in town planning or a related subject.
Strong knowledge of the planning system, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. The ideal candidate will be motivated, client-focused, and eager to contribute to a variety of projects of different scales and types.

The ideal Senior Planner:
As a Senior Planner, the successful candidate will work under senior supervision while leading smaller projects as experience allows. Key responsibilities include:
Providing professional planning advice to clients
Preparing high-quality planning reports and submissions
Coordinating technical consultants within project teams
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing engagement with local planning authorities and stakeholders
Representing clients’ interests throughout the planning processHybrid working is available, with an expectation of in-office collaboration on core days and flexibility to work independently from home on others.
