Job Title: CNC Turner
Hours: Afternoons Mon to Thu 2pm-11pm / Fri 12pm-8pm (earlier finish on Fridays)
Location: Northampton
Pay: ​​​£30.00 per hour (ltd, umbrella, 3-6months)

The Opportunity:
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CNC Turner to join a precision engineering company located in Northampton, working on a 3-6 months contracting basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Setting and operating multi-axis CNC Turning machines

* Working from Engineering drawings / 3D model

Essential Requirements:

* Unrestricted right to work in the UK.

* Minimum of 3 years editing / programming Turning machines using online controls

* Use of Y axis and Driven Tooling

* Understanding of Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls

* Worked with multi-pallet, multi-axis machines

* Ability to work from engineering drawings

* Previous experience of machining complex components, ideally within aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, oil & gas or medical sectors
