Chartered Commercial Surveyor

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid working available)

A respected and well-established property consultancy in Edinburgh is looking to appoint a Chartered Commercial Surveyor to support continued growth across their valuation and advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm with a strong reputation, long-standing client relationships, and a robust pipeline of commercial work.

You'll be joining a collaborative and high-performing team, with the flexibility to manage your own workload and the backing of experienced leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide Red Book Valuations across a range of commercial asset classes including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use

* Undertake lease advisory work including rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease restructures

* Deliver strategic consultancy advice to lenders, investors, and occupiers

* Manage your own client portfolio with a high level of professionalism and integrity

* Contribute to team growth and, where appropriate, mentor junior team members

Candidate Requirements:

* MRICS qualified (essential)

* RICS Registered Valuer (essential)

* Solid understanding of the Scottish commercial property market, particularly Edinburgh and the surrounding areas

* Experience in valuation and/or lease advisory work

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills
