Duration: 4 Weeks (Holiday Cover)
Project: New Build Industrial Unit
Start Date: Mid July

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 4-week holiday cover on a new build industrial unit project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project progress

* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities

* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations

* Maintain high standards of quality and adherence to the construction programme

* Communicate effectively with the project team and report to the Contracts Manager

Requirements:

* Proven experience delivering new build industrial unit projects (essential)

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Strong leadership and site coordination skills
