A leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy are seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience to join their growing Newcastle team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver a wide range of Building Surveying services across high-profile public and private sector projects, including government, education, infrastructure, commercial, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects and support team operations
Drive business growth and client relationships
Deliver surveying services, project management, and contract admin
Mentor junior surveyors and support APC candidates
Contribute to bid preparation and work-winningAbout You:

MRICS qualified with a RICS-accredited degree
Proven consultancy experience and client-facing skills
Strong communication, commercial awareness, and team spirit
Willing to travel; proficient in Microsoft Office (AutoCAD a plus)
