Main Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities The employee’s duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Collecting and delivering parts, materials, and equipment to and from suppliers, customers, and Company locations

• Loading, securing, and unloading goods safely and correctly

• Ensuring delivery and collection documentation is completed accurately

• Driving in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner at all times

• Acting as a professional representative of the Company

Vehicle Care & Compliance:

• Carrying out daily vehicle safety and condition checks

• Maintaining the Company vehicle in a clean, tidy, and roadworthy condition

• Reporting defects, damage, accidents, or servicing requirements promptly

• Complying with all road traffic legislation and Company driving policies

General Operative Duties:

• Assisting with packing, loading, and preparation of goods for dispatch

• Supporting stores, workshop, yard, and operational activities when not driving

• Undertaking manual handling tasks in accordance with training and risk assessments

• Maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety in all working areas

Health, Safety & Quality:

• Complying with all Company health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures

• Wearing and using personal protective equipment as required

• Reporting hazards, near misses, incidents, or unsafe conditions without delay

• Handling materials and components carefully to prevent damage, loss or injury

Licence required:

Driving licence - essential

FLT licence - desirable

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 3.00pm. Friday 6.00am - 11.00am.
