We are looking for both Qualified TAs (Level 2/3) and Unqualified candidates who have a natural talent for mentoring young people. If you are patient, resilient, and want to help students overcome barriers to learning, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
EHCP Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring their specific learning goals are met.
Classroom Assistance: Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behaviour and preparing learning materials.
Inclusion: Help students with additional needs (SEND) feel included and empowered within a mainstream secondary environment.
Progress Tracking: Help monitor the social and academic development of pupils, providing feedback to the SENCO.
What We Are Looking For

Qualified Applicants: Holders of Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications.
Unqualified Applicants: We highly value "transferable skills" from youth work, care backgrounds, or sports coaching. Full training is provided!
EHCP Knowledge: Prior experience with EHCP requirements is a major advantage, but a willingness to learn is essential.
