We are working with a market leader who are experiencing significant growth. They have a clear path for future company growth and as such are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team at their Manchester head office.

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be working on a variety of fit-out projects, supporting the commercial team across all aspects of the quantity surveying role, including cost management, valuations, procurement, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing tender and contract documents
· Assisting in project cost control and reporting
· Managing subcontractor packages and payments
· Supporting the project team with commercial advice
· Attending site visits and client meetings
· Price projects both budget and detailed cost plans.
· Procure projects with supply chain partners.
· Issue valuations.
· Complete final accounts.
What We Are Looking For
The Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience in a similar role (experience at assistant or intermediate levels will be considered) and be a forward-thinking individual with attention to detail.
Ideally, you will be/have:
· 1–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role (Assistant or Intermediate level)
· Experience in fit-out or interior contracting is essential
· Experience of projects within the retail, workplace or hospitality sectors would be highly beneficial
· Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
· Degree qualified or working towards a relevant qualification (e.g., Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management)
