We are looking for a Guest Services Team Leader to join our brilliant Rapport team of 2 Ambassadors, based in our client’s office near Green Park. As the face of the workplace, our reception team plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment. You’ll be based in the London office of a global financial firm, where exceptional service and professionalism are essential to daily operations.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7:30 AM and 6 PM)

Main responsibilities
Lead by example and support the day-to-day running of the reception
Welcome guests and clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure spaces are client-ready
Oversee front desk operations and provide administrative support
Operate the main switchboard and direct calls efficiently
Liaise with catering and office teams to ensure seamless service
The ideal candidate will
