CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator Turner
About the Role
A well‑established, family‑run precision CNC machining company is seeking a highly capable CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to join their expanding manufacturing team. You will be working in a clean, modern workshop equipped with state‑of‑the‑art fixed head turning centres, producing high‑quality components in medium‑volume batches aligned with planned production schedules.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to join a close‑knit team, secure long‑term stability, and continue developing their technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Programming, setting and operating MIYANO or similar CNC fixed head turning centres
Working with Fanuc controls (preferred, but not essential)
Maintaining consistent quality standards throughout production
Ensuring components meet engineering specifications and customer requirements
Required Skills & Experience
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment
Previous experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating fixed head turning centres
Willingness to undertake additional training where required

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
