The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Account Executive to help grow and maintain key client relationships across multiple sales channels.
You’ll play a vital role in driving revenue, identifying new opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences — working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage strong relationships with existing B2B clients
* Identify and develop new customer opportunities
* Drive sales through proactive outreach and excellent service
* Analyse sales trends to spot growth opportunities
* Support customers with product knowledge and technical guidance
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
* Maintain CRM data and achieve key sales KPIs
About You
* Proven background in sales or account management
* Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
* Experience in B2B customer relationships
* Comfortable learning technical products and software
* CRM proficiency and strong organisational skills
* Positive, enthusiastic, and target-driven
* Audiology or medical device experience desirable
