Role Overview:

As the BREEAM / Considerate Contractor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our project in Oxford meets the highest standards of sustainability and considers the needs of the local community. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of BREEAM certification and overseeing compliance with Considerate Contractor guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of BREEAM certification, including coordinating assessments, gathering evidence, and liaising with assessors.

* Ensure compliance with Considerate Contractor guidelines, including site appearance, community engagement, and environmental responsibility.

* Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to minimize the project's environmental impact and promote best practices.

* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that sustainability objectives are met.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.

* Provide guidance and support to site teams on sustainability issues and best practices.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BREEAM certification and Considerate Contractor compliance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in similar roles, with a strong background in managing BREEAM certification and Considerate Contractor requirements.

* Excellent knowledge of sustainability principles and best practices in the construction industry.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Self-sufficiency and the ability to work autonomously to manage all aspects of the role.

* Flexibility to work onsite during regular hours (9am – 5pm) in Oxford.

* Relevant qualifications in sustainability, construction management, or related field.
