An exciting new Italian restaurant in Glasgow’s vibrant East End is on the lookout for a creative and passionate Brunch Chef to help launch and lead an innovative brunch offering.

We’re not looking for ordinary – we’re after a chef with flair, experience, and a love for Italian cuisine who’s ready to put a modern twist on the classics and create something truly memorable.

What We’re Looking For:

? Strong background in Italian and/or brunch cuisine
?‍? Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
? Passion for putting your own twist on traditional dishes
⚡ Energy, creativity, and a drive to make an impact from day one
? A team player with leadership qualities
