Are you analytical, organised, and ready to kick-start your career in a thriving support function? We're looking for a Product Support Advisor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking team based in Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leader in the catering equipment sector, known for innovation, quality, and customer excellence. As a key part of the team, you'll play a crucial role in managing product data, driving the new product introduction process, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing:

Enhance and maintain accurate product data across digital platforms
Be the go-to contact for product-related queries from the sales team
Drive and manage the New Product Request Process
Support purchasing and cross-functional teams to move the business forward
Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure product information is accurate and timely

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational and planning skills
Confident communicator with a detail-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A good understanding of Excel is essential
Proactive and deadline-driven approach
