Location: Bristol (flexible working no set office days).
Salary: £28,000–£37,000

We’re working with a B2B marketing agency that partners with forward thinking businesses globally. They focus on delivering smart, commercially driven marketing, combining strategic thinking with digital delivery to help clients grow and build stronger customer relationships.

They’re now looking for an Account Manager to join the team, to work on an established and growing account.

This agency offers a great flexible culture. There’s a lovely office in Bristol you can use as much or as little as you like, and no micromanagement, just trust, autonomy, and the support you need to do your best work.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients – building strong relationships, keeping them happy, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Campaign planning and delivery will be a big part of the role, making sure everything stays on track. You’ll coordinate with various departments to keep everyone aligned and clear on next steps.

Reporting and performance analysis will be part of your remit too, using insight to drive improvements.

You’ll be writing briefs, scopes and timelines, presenting work to clients, and contributing to proposals and account growth opportunities.

What you’ll need

Previous experience working in an agency environment, with a solid grounding in digital marketing.

You could be an established Account Manager or an ambitious Account Executive ready to step up.

You’re a clear communicator who’s just as comfortable briefing internal teams as you are presenting work and ideas to clients.

Experience in B2B marketing would be a bonus, but it’s not a dealbreaker
