Are you a compassionate and experienced Early Years 1:1 LSA looking for your next challenge?

A welcoming, two-form entry mainstream primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated Early Years 1:1 LSA to support a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from September 2025.

The successful Early Years 1:1 LSA will provide tailored support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them access learning and develop their communication, social, and emotional skills. The Early Years 1:1 LSA will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to implement strategies, monitor progress, and adapt resources where needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years 1:1 LSA who is patient, nurturing, and confident working 1:1 within an EYFS setting. Previous experience in a similar role or working with SEND pupils is highly desirable.
