The Role

As the Electrical Supervisor, you’ll:

Manage electricians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and overseeing operations across council sites.
Schedule and supervise planned maintenance on electrical systems and compliance checks.
Lead fault-finding and fast-track repairs to minimise downtime across public buildings.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and maintain accurate compliance records.
Support small works and refurbishment projects, coordinating electrical installations and upgrades. You

To be successful in the role of Electrical Supervisor, you’ll bring:

Relevant experience in managing teams within a commercial building environment.
Qualifications including AM2, 2391, and 18th Edition certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical compliance standards and maintenance practices.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A full UK driving license and NVQ level 2 or 3.
